HISTORY
Gambirasio Interni was born in Bergamo in 1936 as a furniture store, which was soon joined by an upholstery shop. Throughout its long history, it has specialized in the collection and trade of antique carpets and chinoiserie, rare objects and one-of-a-kind pieces, getting ever closer, from the 1990s onwards, to an ad personam design of luxury residential interiors and hotels.
Since 2015 Gambirasio has been under the direction of Mimma Cervellera, for many years a reference figure of the company, who will lead the renewed Gambirasio Interni to increasingly assume the connotations of an interior tailoring atelier. For some years now he has been sharing the design part with his son Alessandro, an architect specialized in interiors and home decor.
Today Gambirasio Interni offers a complete personal interior design service for made-to-measure spaces such as tailored suits, promoting the values of its tradition in the direction of a contemporary interior architecture design.
We offer curtain making services for your home, made-to-measure linen, as well as the historicproduction of completely handcrafted upholsteredfurniture:sofas, armchairs, beds and bedding. The experience of the artisan laboratory also allows us to carry out repairs: new padding and coverings for existing sofas, armchairs, beds, chairs.
We offer a search service for the right piece for your space: antique, modern, contemporary or custom rugs. We also offer washing and repair services, with specialized craftsmen also for antique carpets.p>

In the showroom, Gambirasio Interni always offers unique pieces, with a strong oriental inclination and Made in Italy handcrafted products of our production. In our projects, we combine the objects of the best luxury interior design brands with handcrafted objects of any ethnic-geographical origin, according to our taste, thus giving each interior a unique character and its own soul. We offer a free inspection and consultancy service to evaluate the best possibility of intervention: research of the right piece, restyling, or project. Changing a space is always a process, which is why the collaboration between client and professionals is important, between desire and realization. Thanks to consultancy and site inspections, we help customers to better understand the needs of their space, to focus on the fundamental points and to intervene with taste in a personal and targeted way.

GAMBIRASIO GALLERIA
Gambirasio Galleria is a project of selection and proposal of some of the best objects present in the Gambirasio Interni showroom and warehouses. The section is proposed as an international showcase of unique pieces and rare objects for sale.
